"We all find times when life is busy and we need to get help. I
just did not have the time to find tenants to fill this property,
nor did I have access to databases or credit checks. On top of
this, I did not know what the market rent was for my property.
So I decided to get a professional to do this. After asking my
friends I contacted a couple of companies. First one did not call
me back for a month; the second one did not want my business as it
was a street outside their area, finally I went to a company that
had a reputation.
Yes they did charge a little more, however it was worth it. That
night they met me and looked through the house. On email we
signed up and, within a week it was rented with little to no
involvement from me. So they must have saved me a fortune because
they did their job and rented the property. All the paper
work and checks were done and we have a great tenant.
So if you want it done right, I would recommend that you go to
