assured our listings are always up to date!!
Print our Daily Rental List
This is a handy A4 summary of our latest
listings - available as a pdf for you to print out - It is
updated by our office at approximately midday each day.
Other Useful Info
Once you've found the property you want, simply fill out a
Tenancy Application and submit it to us - and we'll let you know as
soon as possible. After payment of your letting fee (equivalent to
one week's rent + GST), three weeks bond and one week's rent in
advance, you'll be ready to move in!

It is a policy of Goodwin Property Management that all repairs
