Philip entered the Real Estate industry in 1994 and came from a
background in law enforcement and operations management. He
has several years selling homes in the Titirangi and Glen
Eden area, and commenced his property management career in
1998.
Starting with Goodwin Property Management in 2001 and initially
working in Symonds Street, he transfered to the Mt Albert
office in 2009 as Senior Property Manager, supervising the property
management team.
Philip has a special training and mentoring role within the
company, and enjoys training staff of all levels to ensure the
Goodwin culture of excellence is embraced by every team
member.
Philip lives in the Titirangi area having recently built a new
house and enjoys Waitakere bush walks and local beaches. He
enjoys the daily challenges that property management presents, and
brings experience, enthusiasm, integrity and excellence to all of
his tenants and owner relationships.
