Mike joins the Goodwin Property Management team as a Cadet
Property Manager. Over the past 12 years he has kept aligned
and associated within the Real Estate sector having had the
opportunity to buy, sell, renovate, re-develop and manage a
portfolio of properties through-out New Zealand, Australia and
Asia. As a property owner himself, he can identify and
appreciate with owners wanting the assurance that their properties
will be managed professionally. He also holds a current Real Estate
Certificate licence REINZ .
Mike's ability to communicate and converse with
people from all walks of life and to exceed all customers
expectations, by listening and understanding their needs and
providing possible solutions, with the intent of educating them on
services that might be beneficial to them.
